WWE NXT 2010.09.07 Results

We have a new theme song for this season of NXT and we have no idea who Vickie Guerrero’s rookie is going to be.

We go to Matt Striker who is in the ring and he brings out the pros for this season. Kelly comes out first and she brings out her rookie, Naomi. The Bellas come out and they introduce their rookie who was a former ring announcer, Jamie. The next pro is Primo and he introduces his rookie AJ. The next pro is Alicia Fox and she introduces her Undefined rookie Maxine. Goldust is the next pro and he introduces his rookie Aksana. The final pro comes out and she excuses her way onto the stage. She reminds us that she fired her rookie last week. He says that she had to learn the hard way that she may be taller than her, but she will never be bigger than Vickie. Vickie introduces her rookie Kaitlyn.

We go to the ring where Matt welcomes everyone to NXT. He says that they have a long and arduous three month journey that will end with a happy ending for only one Diva. He says that Divas are strong, sexy, and powerful and they will be tested on that during the competition.

Matt tells us that we will have the same voting system as Season Two. It is time to meet the rookies.

Kaitlyn goes first and Matt asks her to tell everyone who she is. Kaitlyn says that Matt is handsome and then she says that she is not just the girl next door. She lived two houses down. She was the one who blew up your mailbox every Fourth of July. She is the girl who gave you your first kiss and then gave you a wedgie. She says that she was the homecoming queen and class clown in the same night. She says that there is something different about her and she hopes to capture your heart.

Vickie asks Kaitlyn if that is the best that she has. Vickie says that if Kaitlyn is going to represent her, she has to do it well. Vickie tells Kaitlyn to do it again.

Kaitlyn says hello again and she says that she is soooooooooo excited to have Vickie Guerrero as her pro. She says that she will give everyone wedgies.

It is time for Aksana to introduce herself. She tells double double e universe that she is going to introduce herself. She calls herself the billion dollar baby from Lithuania. Aksana says she here because she follow her dreams and her heart. She’s beautiful, she smart, she talented, she gorgeous, and she speaks in Russian. She loves her dog, and she loves going to the gym. She loves black and gold, just like her pro. Aksana wants to entertainment the double double e universe.

The next rookie is Maxine. Maxine wants to know what Aksana just said. She says that she has three senses. A business sense, street sense, and common sense. The average person is lucky to have any of those qualities. She says that she is not average. She says that makes her a triple threat. A triple threat in a skirt. The only position for her in WWE is at the top.

AJ is next and she says that someone needs to hug Maxine. AJ says that for the last thirteen years, she has dreamed of being a Diva. She wants to be the Divas Champion. She wants to have an action figure with exaggerated body parts. She says that there is not one girl or thing that is going to stop her.

Jamie is next. She says that she is a Florida girl and she is ready to step out from behind the microphone to be a part of the greatest entertainment in the world. She says that it is an honor and a privilege to compete in front of the WWE Universe. She will always give 110 percent. She says that she will win the competition.

The final rookie is Naomi. Naomi says heeeeeeeeeeeeeey to the WWE Universe. She says that the WWE Universe has been missing something for a long time and that is Naomi. She says that she is a fighter and she does not back down. She will not be intimidated. She says that talk is cheap and actions speak louder than words. When all is said and done, her actions will show why she will be the Season Three breakout star.

it is time for our first competition. Matt tells us that the first rookie challenge is to make a good first impression. Matt says that we will have our first elimination in four weeks. The person with the most challenge victories will have immunity. It is time for a Diva Dance Challenge.

Naomi is the first to dance and Matt tells Naomi that she needs a dance partner and Matt brings Michael Cole into the ring. Cole stretches and he shows his leg warmers. The next dancer is Jamie. Matt tells Clark Griswold to have a seat and AJ gets Tony Chimmel to be the dance partner. Maxine is the next to dance. Tony is sent to the showers and Matt looks out for Tony’s health so it is time for Josh Mathews to join Aksana. Kaitlyn is the final dancer and she does the robot and the Running Man.
It is now time to get the crowd’s vote and the winner is Naomi.

Kelly Kelly and Naomi versus Alicia Fox and Maxine

Winners: Naomi and Kelly Kelly

We are back and it is time for the physical challenge. There are five stations around the arena. After each station, there is one fewer flag than Diva. We have a false start and Matt chastises them. Jamie is the one who did not get a flag so she is eliminated. Time for the race to station two. AJ is too slow and she is eliminated. We move on to the third stage of the Tour De Flag. Aksana is exiled to the gulag and we are down to three. Kaitlyn is too slow and we are down to Maxine and Naomi. Naomi grabs the flag in the ring and wins the competition.

Matt asks Naomi for her thoughts. Naomi says that she is so excited and then she has to catch her breath. She says that her athleticism gives her an advantage. She says that this is only the beginning.

We are back and did you know that Legendary is coming to theaters this Friday? In case you missed the segment from Raw, here it is.

It is time to get a look at Jamie. She says that she was always active and her mom was into fitness. She was always doing something like that and she did cheerleading, dance, or track. She got into weightlifting while doing cheerleading and she took a love to it. She went to nursing school but did not have the passion. Then she got into WWE and has a passion for it. She says that ring announcing allowed the crowd to get to know her. She is ready to compete and win. She says that her athletic background will give her an advantage. Her drive and determination will be another thing that will help her. She wants to be like Trish Stratus.

Goldust and Aksana versus Primo and AJ

Winners: AJ and Primo

WWE Monday Night RAW 2010.09.06 Results

Nexus is in the ring as we start the 901st episode of Raw. Wade steps forward because he has something to say. He says that it is fitting that tonight’s Raw emanates from the nation’s capital. The site of so many historic rallies and groundbreaking speeches. Last week, he said that Nexus would do something that would be talked about forever. That happened last week when they systematically destroyed a WWE institution. We see footage of what they did to the Undertaker.

Nexus like what they see and then Otunga says that should put to rest any doubts about Nexus and their weakness. Otunga says that they are the new phenoms of the WWE. He says that they are it. They trimmed the fat with Darren Young and lost Skip Sheffield to injury, but they still had the best night of their lives.

Tarver says that if anyone else did something as unprecedented to the Undertaker, they would sit back and talk about it the rest of their lives. Then they took out five of Raw’s top superstars. Tarver says that Jericho and Edge were so scared they took themselves out of the match because they wanted nothing to do with the Nexus.

Heath says that he pinned the WWE Champion. He reminds us that he . . . Heath Slater pinned the WWE Champion Sheamus. Heath says that the people in the cheap seats didn’t hear him so he says it again (at the same volume).

Justin tells Heath that was well done. Justin asks who can say that they gave their finisher to the Undertaker and John Cena in the same night. Justin says that he hit Taker with a 450 and then he did the same to John Cena. If you don’t believe him, we see the footage again. Justin says that was the third time he hit that move on John Cena. He says that every time he hits that move, it gets more satisfying. Justin tells Cena that he can see him and see him crashing down on his lifeless body over and over and over and over again.

Wade takes the mic back and Wade says that he devenomized the Viper. Wade says that is a taste of what is to come in the WWE. Wade says that he will beat everyone in the Six Pack Challenge at Night of Champions to bring the title back home to the Nexus. Wade says that it will be historic, groundbreaking, and everything that he has said. . .

Randy Orton’s music plays and he slithers onto the stage. Orton says that what he took away from last week is that he took out two of them in less than 30 seconds. He says that Wade won’t roll footage on that will he. Orton says that it doesn’t matter because he will do it again. Randy says that it doesn’t matter who he pins at Night of Champions to win the WWE Title, but he will make it his business to hit Wade with an RKO.

Wade tells Randy to try to be the tough guy and give him an RKO right now.

Orton walks to the ring and we get the General Messenger to stop the momentum.

The official press secretary of the Raw General Messenger says that last week was an historic night for Nexus as a unit. Now we will see how they fare individually. Tonight, for the first time ever, the master of the 450 splash, the South African sensation will face John Cena. In addition, Randy Orton won’t have to wait until Night of Champions to hit an RKO on Wade Barrett because for the first time the fearless leader of Nexus will go one on one with Randy Orton. To ensure both matches are fair, Nexus is banned from ringside tonight.

We are back with the WWE Rewind: Edge getting disqualified last week in the five on five elimination match.

The General Messenger rears its ugly head as Chris Jericho comes to the ring for his match. Last week when Chris Jericho and Edge took themselves out of the main event, it was a slap in the face to the WWE Universe and the Raw General Messenger. If Edge or Chris Jericho lose their matches tonight, they will be taken out of the Six Pack Challenge.

Chris Jericho versus John Morrison

Winner: John Morrison

Before our next match starts, Alicia Fox has something to say. She tells Melina that she is sorry to inform her that she will not be competing at Night of Champions because if anyone is going to be the Undefined Champion of Divas, it is her because she has more followers on Twitter than Melina or Laycool combined. She will be at Night of Champions, but not as a Lumberjill, she will be the most fierce Diva’s Champion in history.

Melina versus Alicia Fox for the Diva’s Championship

Winner: Melina

Miz is in the back admiring something and he says that it is absolutely perfect. Miz says that tonight is all about the Miz. Everyone will know the Journey on the Road to Awesome. Josh wants to see what is under the cover but Miz slaps Josh’s hand and he tells Josh to leave.

Edge is in the locker room and he cannot believe that Chris Jericho is out of the Six PackChallenge. Why does he have to put his spot on the line since the referee said something about his mom. Zack Ryder is with Edge and he says that he loves Edge’s mom. Zack points out that he is a former number one contender and he knows that title matches are precious. Zack wants to be Edge’s opponent tonight. Edge says that he thought Zack was the biggest tool in the world, but that is a brilliant idea. He says that Zack sucks so he cannot lose. Edge tells the Anonymous General Messenger as he looks for it. He says that he accepts Zack Ryder’s challenge. Edge says that if they don’t agree to it, they will have problems with their top superstar. Edge says that if he does not hear Zack Ryder’s music, he will destroy the computer and break it into a million pieces.

Zack asks Edge if he called him a tool. Zack says that he hurt his feelings.

Ted DiBiase is on the phone and he says that he feels good when he is with that person. Maryse enters and Maryse want to know who Ted is talking to. Ted says goodbye to his mom. Maryse believe him and she tell him ‘Me Too’. Maryse tells Ted to stop playing innocent with her. Maryse went to the limo to get her purse and she found Ted’s note. The note says ‘I want you so bad’. Ted says that he doesn’t need to leave a note since he can tell her. Maryse asks who else could the note be for and Ted reminds her that he is a millionaire in his twenties. There are movie stars and six new Diva rookies who would love to be in her shoes. Maryse starts to talk in French and Ted tells her ‘No French’. Ted says that he is walking away and he does while she continue talking.

Justin Gabriel versus John Cena

Winner: John Cena

The Miz is in the ring and Michael Cole is happy to see him. Miz has the item that he had covered in the back. Miz tells us that his name is Mike Mizanin and he has no right to be here. That is what they said to him six years ago. He was the lowest form on the planet because he was a reality television star. Miz says that he had to start at the bottom and he had to be on Tough Enough. Miz says that on Tough Enough, he heard the voices of superstars, of so called legends, and the voices of everyone asking why is he here. He was told that he should go back to MTV. Miz says that he refused to leave and to cave in to the pressure.

Miz says that he moved on and did whatever he did to get a job. He started off as the Host of Smackdown. He says the voices got louder and they told him to leave. They said that he had no talent, that there is no respect for him, and that he does not belong. He says that everyone else would have left, but Miz reminds us that he stayed. He formed a tag team with John Morrison and he thought he made it. Even though he became a tag team champion, they said that Morrison was the star and he was the sidekick. He was riding on Morrison’s coattails and if they split, he would go into obscurity. Miz reminds us that they split up and he became the US Champion. Miz says that he was called a fluke.

Miz says that the next thing happened. Miz holds up the briefcase and he says that he won Money in the Bank. Miz says that he punched the ticket for the WWE Title. The man who did not belong, the man who was shunned, and the man who was ostracized can be seen as the biggest star in the company.

Miz unveils the poster and it is his cover of WWE Magazine. Miz says that as a child he bought every issue of WWE Magazine. He would put them in his bedroom and he would dream of getting the cover of the magazine. Now it has happened.

Miz says that he wants to hear it from everyone in the arena. He wants everyone to stand up and do what they should have done a long time ago. They should admit that they were wrong. Miz says that he is the poster child . . . not Orton, not Cena.

Miz says that you can’t deny it or hide from it. He says that everyone watching in the arena and on television because they were wrong. Miz says that he is the Miz and he has earned that he can say that he is AWESOME.

Daniel Bryan comes out and he is chuckling as he comes to the ring. Bryan says hello to Mike Mizanin and he says that his name is Daniel Bryan. He says that he came out to congratulate Miz. He says that they have a lot in common. A lot of people didn’t think he would make it and Miz tells Bryan that he hasn’t accomplished anything in the WWE. Bryan says that he is not the superstar that Miz is. Bryan came out to generic rock music that he cannot identify. He doesn’t have the style of the Miz. He says that he has to wear his wreslting gear in the back so he isn’t thrown out by security. Bryan says that he is the anti-Superstar. Bryan tells Miz that if he faces Miz for the US Title, he can beat him.

Miz agrees with Bryan that he paid ten dollars for his haircut. Miz asks Bryan what makes him worthy to face him for the US Title.

Bryan says that Miz is right, then next month’s WWE Magazine might have Bryan putting Miz in the Omoplata. Cole tries to say that it never happened in a match.

Bryan says that he wants Miz to know that he can beat him and he can make him tap out. Bryan says that he can be the next United States Champion.

Miz tells Daniel that he doesn’t like him and he never liked him. He didn’t like him when he was his NXT rookie. He didn’t like him when he took his spot at SummerSlam. He didn’t like Bryan when he interrupted him tonight. He says that he can beat Bryan so bad that he will have to go to the minor leagues.

Bryan wants to know if Miz will accept his challenge.

Miz accepts the challenge. Bryan likes the opportunity. Miz thanks Bryan and he tries to punch him but Bryan locks in the Lebell Lock. Riley attacks Bryan and Bryan with a kick to Riley. Bryan back body drops Miz over the top rope to the floor. Bryan puts Riley in the Lebell Lock and Riley taps like there is no tomorrow.

Bryan looks at the poster in the ring and he kicks it over.

Kane will be making a major announcement when we come back.

We are back and Kane’s pyro goes off and he is on the TitanTron. He says that the final chapter for the world always ends the same. For some it is Armageddon. For some it is the apocalypse. For many, it is just the end of the world. For his brother, the Undertaker, the end of his world will happen at Night of Champions. Kane says that he will defend his title against his brother. He says that Night of Champions will be the crowning moment because he will put the Undertaker to rest by the Devil’s favorite demon. Kane says that Taker was right when he said that Kane is haunted by envy. Unlike Taker, Kane says that he recognizes his vices. Taker’s deadly sin of pride will be his undoing while Kane says that his sin of envy will make him more powerful. Kane says that he has longed after Taker’s powers more than Taker could ever know. After all of these years, they are his.

Kane laughs as the arena turns blue and we see some druids wheeling a casket to the ring.

The picture gets distorted as the casket opens and Kane is inside. Kane rolls into the ring and he says that he wishes he could see the look on his brother’s face. Kane says that he wishes he could be there to see his brother’s expression when he realizes that there is nothing he can do to stop Kane. Kane says that he wants to know how Taker feels to be walking in his shadow. Kane was always the second one chosen and the afterthought. Kane says that things have changed. When he looks at his brother, all he sees is weakness. Kane says that he saw his weakness when he attacked Taker and left him comatose. He saw it when he drove Taker’s head into the mat. He saw it on Monday when Taker showed that he is not the phenom any more. We go to the footage from Monday night when Taker was attacked by Nexus.

Kane says that while the rest of the world waited in anticipation for the Undertaker to rise up like he always does, Kane says that he knew that Taker would lay there like the mangled wretch that he has become. He says that Taker’s powers have gone and they belong to him. When their saga is over, the Undertaker will be no more. The man once known as the Phenom will become a memory known as Kane’s Brother. At Night of Champions, the Undertaker will feel his rage and there is nothing that Taker can do about this. There is nothing that Taker can do to stop his demise. Kane says that nothing can stop him.

The lights go out and Taker’s music plays. Taker comes out and he stands across the ring from his brother. The lights go out and Kane is no longer in the ring when the lights go back on.

Taker looks for his brother and sees that the casket has closed. Taker goes towards the casket and when he opens the casket, Kane is not in there. Taker looks around and Kane is heard laughing on the TitanTron. Kane says that Taker might not have taught him everything about evil, but Kane says that he does not have anything left to learn. He says that they are called the Brother’s of Destruction, but after Night of Champions Taker will be known as the “Brother that I have destroyed”.

TNA IMPACT 2010.09.02 Results

We open with a video package hyping tonight’s tag match with the four remaining contenders for the TNA World Title, with all four guys giving their thoughts on even being in this match and their frame of mind going into teaming with guys they’re going to be fighting three days from now.

We go to the Impact Zone as Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, and Miss Tessmacher make their way to the ring. I’ll be honest, I’m going to find it hard to concentrate on what Hogan and Bischoff are saying, for obvious reasons. Hogan greets the cast members and says how much he loves being in the back with the greatest talent in the wrestling business. But now we’re down to the semifinals in the title tournament, and he’d like to bring each of the guys out one at a time. While they’re all coming out, I go and pour myself a cup of coffee, and they’re almost done coming out when I return. Hogan says that everyone knows what happened to RVD, and whoever becomes the TNA Champion has to raise the bar because we can’t have what happened to RVD happen ever again. Bischoff chimes in, saying he knows the decision to make tonight’s tag match was a controversial one, but it’s something that’s going to help TNA decide which of the four of them is worthy of becoming the champion. As Bischoff continues babbling, Abyss comes out to the ring with Janice. Abyss says that he’s here bearing newsworthy revalations from THEM. Hogan says to knock the crap off because everyone knows that THEM is Fortune. Abyss says that Hogan is ignorant because the THEY that he referred to was never EV2.0 and was never Fortune, and that Ric Flair is a liar. THEY have told him that the chess pieces are in place and the plan is ready to proceed, and have even given him the date of their revalation, and that date is 10.10.10. Hogan says THEY had better tell Abyss to get out of his face, and Abyss says that on 10.10.10 when THEY arrive, THEY are not only taking TNA over, but THEY are going to take TNA and turn it upside down, starting with the removal of Dixie Carter and continuing with the systamatic extermination of Hogan, Bischoff, Pope, Hardy, Anderson, and…Hardy attacks Abyss aaaaaaaaaand we go to commercial.

We’re back and, instead of seeing what happened with Abyss, we see a video package detailing the history of the Beautiful People, Dumpy Ass, and the TNA Knockouts Title, and then we head back to the ring for our opening match…

Angelina Love & Velvet Sky vs Madison Rayne & Dumpy Ass

Winners: Madison Rayne & Dumpy Ass

backstage to Stevie Richards, who says that he has been asked all day if he’s afraid of facing Abyss tonight, but he said no because he’s been through throat surgeries and broken necks, and tonight he’s going to stand on his own against Abyss.

Speaking of Abyss, we go to the video package from last week’s TNA Reaction looking at Abyss’ recent actions, and next week: Rob Van Dam will speak for the first time since the attack.

After all the Abyss talk, let’s go back to the ring for our next match..

Stevie Richards vs Abyss

Winner: Stevie Richards

backstage to Ken Anderson, who says he doesn’t understand why Pope doesn’t like him because he’s been really nice to him. Pope comes up laughing behind him, and Pope says Anderson’s still up to his same old tricks, but Anderson says that they can kick each other’s ass at No Surrender, but tonight all they have to do is cooperate as a team. Pope says he doesn’t like or trust Anderson, and he better not screw Pope tonight. Anderson says he doesn’t plan on screwing anyone because if he screws Pope, he’s screwing himself, and he needs to know that Pope will be there for him tonight. Pope says we’ll see what happens out in the ring.

Still to come: Kurt Angle & Jeff Hardy take on the Pope & Ken Anderson, and…get ready for this…Jeff Jarrett takes on Sting!

We’re back from commercial, and Tommy Dreamer is in the ring with what’s left of EV2.0. Dreamer tells Fortune to come out and fight them, so Fortune comes out and AJ has a mic. He says that Dreamer doesn’t call Fortune out in his house, because this is his house and he makes the rules. He tells EV2.0 to look at themselves and ask if they really think they’ll have a chance at No Surrender. He says Douglas Williams will slaughter Sabu for the X-Division Title, Abyss will slaughter Rhino, and then asks how phenomenal it will be when the Innovator Of Violence begs AJ to stop hurting him and says I Quit. AJ says he’s going to embarrass Tommy in his own house, and Dreamer tells him he doesn’t have to wait for the PPV, and that they should do it now. Yes, this is AJ’s house and also the house of people who think that he really sucks, so Dreamer says to take the four of them and face EV2.0. Obviously he can’t count since there’s seven guys in Fortune, but whatever. Dreamer and company get ready for Fortune to rush the ring, but instead…

We go backstage to Jeff Jarrett who is with Samoa Joe, and Jarrett says that before he goes out and gets his butt kicked, he wants Joe to know that he’s going out there for TNA, Samoa Joe, and everyone in the locker room, so it’s up to Joe to do the right thing. Joe says that if there’s one thing he’s learned in this business, it’s that you should mind your own. Joe walks away, and Jarrett vs Sting is up next, so I guess we’re going to blow off the Fortune-EV2.0 segment as well. Hey, this is really easy when you don’t need endings to any segments!

We go backstage to Sting and Kevin Nash as they make their way to the ring, and they say they don’t know if Joe’s on Jarrett’s side, but they know who will show up and Sting plans on pulling him in the ring. We then go to Jarrett, who says that he knows he’s heading into a losing situation tonight, but hopes someone will stand up and help him out.

Jeff Jarrett vs Sting

Winner: Sting

We’re. uh…at the beach. It’s another promo for “Shore”, whatever that is.

Okay, we go back to the Impact Zone where Desmond Wolfe and Magnus, otherwise known as London Brawling, are in the ring with Chelsea saying that they’re going to beat the Motor City Machine Guns at No Surrender. Magnus says the fans are obviously embarrassed to have the MCMGs as their champions, but fear not, because they’re here to save the day. Those belts are coming off the boys and coming to the real men. So says the guy with the tight shirt and beret. The MCMG come out and go face to face with London Brawling as the fans start a USA chant. Shelley says if they think the MCMG killed themselves in five matches with Beer Money just to lose the belts to them at No Surrender, they’re not thinking hard enough because they’re the best tag team in the world and if they don’t believe that, they can just ask the fans. Crowd pops for that one. Sabin says they may be the #1 contenders, but the MCMG haven’t seen them beat anybody, and from the look of things, the only tag teaming they’ve been doing lately is with each other. Desmond asks the MCMG if they think they’re a couple of poofs, and then says he hates to break up their comedy routine, but London Brawling are the only ones in the ring with a bird, then Magnus says instead of making jokes, they ought to grow some more hair on their nuts. Shelley responds by saying that if they’re such men, why does Chelsea always have such a lousy look on her face? Shelley then offers her $10 for a go round, and then Sabin says to stop torturing Chelsea because she needs to make a living just like any call girl. Desmond then tells Chelsea to tell them how he’s the biggest guy on this side of the pond, and Chelsea says that if this were a sword fight, his weapon would fall just a little bit short. London Brawling all start arguing with each other, then turn around and start laying out the MCMG. They toss Sabin to the outside and then double team Shelley, just not in the way the MCMG suggest they double team people.

We go backstage to EV2.0, and Tommy says they’ve already lost the FBI and now they’ve lost Mick, and Brian Kendrick comes in and offers his services tonight. He says it’s not just for EV2.0, it’s for each other because Mick’s hurt. Tommy tells him not to get involved, but Brian says he loves what they’ve created and he wants to create with them. Mick says he’s the only one who’s going to name his own replacement. He says that Kendrick is out of his mind…and that makes him perfect for EV2.0. Tommy says he’s in, but has no idea what he’s getting himself involved in.

We go backstage to Kurt Angle and Jeff Hardy, and Hardy says that if he beats Angle at NS, his career could be over. Angle says that’s not happening, but he’s focused on tonight because if you’re not focused, that could lead to injury that’ll affect them at No Surrender, and at No Surrender, he doesn’t plan on losing.

Back to the ring for our next match…

AJ Styles, Frankie Kazarian & Beer Money vs Tommy Dreamer, Rhino, Sabu & Brian Kendrick

Winner: AJ Styles

Pope and Anderson have a little conference in the corner as the bell rings, so Angle comes up behind Pope and suplexes him out of his shoes and then tags in Hardy, and Angle sets up so Hardy can hit Poetry In Motion and then the springboard dropkick in the corner. Pope starts firing back and looks at Anderson untrustingly, then tags him in. Anderson picks Hardy up and goes for a right, but Hardy blocks and gets an inverted atomic drop, double legdrop to the crotch, and a diving dropkick, then nails Pope, but Anderson recovers and kills Hardy with a clothesline for 2. Pope tags himself in and snapmares Hardy, pulls down the kneepads and gets a Ric Flair kneedrop out of the corner for 2. Pope tags Anderson back in and holds Hardy so Anderson can nail him in the ribs. Anderson with a slam and covers for 2, and it appears that Anderson’s reluctant to go all out against his friend Hardy, so instead we HIT THE CHINLOCK! Hardy elbows out and comes off the ropes, Anderson catches him and tries for the Mic Check, but Hardy escapes and hits Anderson with a Diamond Cutter. Both men make the hot tag and Angle comes in and nails Pope with a series of clotheslines and an overhead belly to belly, then a German Suplex for Anderson, then one for Pope, and he covers Pope, but Anderson breaks it up but Anderson nails him with a clothesline. Hardy comes off the top rope with the Whisper In The Wind, but Anderson moves and Hardy nails Angle, so Anderson hits the Mic Check and Pope steals the cover and pins Angle.

Tonight is the final night for the second season of NXT and before we figure out the name that the eight rookies will use when they invade Raw or Smackdown. Will Alex Riley make his pro proud and forget about what happened during season one with Daniel Bryan? Will Michael McGillicutty become the first third generation Superstar to win NXT and make Kofi Kingston forget about the fact that he has been unable to regain the Intercontinental Title? Will Kaval become the first former Ring of Honor World Champion to become the winner of NXT and the first rookie to win with female pros? We will find out tonight which man will get to punch his ticket for a title match on a pay per view. It is up to the WWE Universe to see if their half of the vote will make Michael Cole a happy man or cry uncontrollably because an internet darling won.

We begin with a video package looking back at the second season of NXT. We are down to three. Who gets the gold, the silver, and the bronze.

Kaval says that his passion lies between the ropes. Michael says that it will get better from here. Alex Riley says that it is about being a star because as soon as he wins, it will be a race to the WWE Championship.

The pros are huddling up and they are figuring out who will be eliminated next.

We are back and Goldust is our next pro. He says that he has seen his rookie and she will star in a Shattered Dreams Production. You will never forget the name Aksana. Aksana says that she is hard working and she will show everyone.

It is time to go to Matt Striker and before we get our first elimination, Matt wants to ask the Failure Five what they think. He asks Titus who should win and why. Titus says that you have a ninja, Will Ferrell’s lookalike and a guy who is trying to relive his high school football days. He says the football guy should win. Eli says that Alex Riley should win. He says that Alex is the most likeable. Lucky Cannon says that it won’t be the guy who runs around in a diaper, the middle aged guy who is still living in high school. He doesn’t care because the show was flushed when he was eliminated. Percy Watson says that Michael McGillicutty will win because he has the lineage. Husky Harris says that Michael will win season two because Michael was just born better.

However, he is standing in the ring almost the next WWE breakout star. Alex says that everyone believes that he is the most talented kid in this contest. Alex says that if he was a betting man, he would still bet the future of the WWE on Alex Riley.

Michael asks if Kaval is Michelle and Layla’s adopted ninja baby. He tells Kaval that this isn’t a swimming pool, so why is he wearing a wet suit. Michael points out that it took 13 years to make it so how will he make it any further. He calls Kaval a ‘flute’ and then he says that no matter how you like it . . . Michael is out of time.

Kaval tells Michael that he was trained by Harley Race and is a third generation Superstar. He was set up perfectly. Kaval says that he came from a hard working middle class family. He is a hard working guy from New York. Kaval says that it took him 13 years to get here, but he has earned his respect around the world. He sacrificed his blood, sweat, and tears to be in the ring with the likes of Eddie Guerrero.

Michael and Kaval have their final chance for some trash talking and we go to commercial.

We are back and Vickie Guerrero is a pro on NXT’s Season Three. Her rookie is strong and dominant. Her name is Aloisia. She is six foot nine inches tall and she will be unstoppable.

Cole calls Aloisia geenormous.

Michelle and Layla come to the ring to celebrate with Kaval.

Michael shows his disappointment over the loss and Matt asks Michael for his thoughts. Michael takes the mic and he stares at Kaval and then he says that he doesn’t know what to say. He wonders how Kaval won. Michael says that Kaval is going to go to a pay per view for a title shot. Michael says that it will suck. No matter what Kaval thinks, he is nowhere near the level of Michael McGillicutty. He only had one goal and that was to be a WWE World Champion. However, he got eliminated today and he lost his guaranteed shot at a title. That is not going to stop him from becoming a future World Heavyweight Champion. He says that he is the future of this company. He will be a big time player in the machine called WWE. HE says that he is the next big thing and the next generation. From this moment on, this will be the moment of the genesis of McGillicutty.
