The Nexus are in the ring and we have the full contingent this week. Wade Barrett steps forward and he says he was sent an e-mail last week from the Raw General Manager to assemble the Nexus in the ring so they could face the consequences for their actions. Wade tells everyone that he is going to tell them the same thing he told the General Manager. He says that they cannot reveal why they did what they did to Vince McMahon now, but it is part of a bigger picture. Wade says that Mr. McMahon thought he controlled them, but things changed very quickly. Just like everyone else, Vince had no idea what their agenda was.

Skip has something to say about Ricky Steamboat. He says that unlike what they did to Mr. McMahon, what they did to Ricky Steamboat and the legends was done for fun. They found a loophole in the General Manager’s ruling and they exploited it. Skip says that the fans won’t admit it, but they loved every minute of it. They watched like people rubbernecking at an accident. More people are interested in Ricky Steamboat’s DVD than before they attacked him. Ricky should be thanking each of them.

We’ve got mail and the official General Manager E-Mail Reader Michael Cole says that the General Manager has decided on a punishment for the attack on Vince McMahon. None of them can compete for a WWE title until further notice. As of this moment, the rules set forth last week has been lifted.

John Cena’s music plays and the Nexus are ready for a fight as Cena comes out and he looks serious. John tells the seven men in the ring that they have done a lot since they got here, but they haven’t done one thing. That is to get themselves into a fair fight. John says that would make things seven on seven. Randy Orton, R Truth, Evan Bourne, John Morrison, David Hart Smith, and Tyson Kidd come to the ring, but other Raw superstars attack them from behind. Sheamus is joined by Chris Jericho, the Usos, Ted DiBiase, the Miz, and Edge.

|Instead of the Nexus versus Team Cena battle, we have a seven on seven deal with other Raw wrestlers. Cena gives Jey Uso an Attitude Adjustment.

Sheamus tells Cena that he doesn’t get it. Cena tells him that they ruined it.

Sheamus says that maybe they don’t want to take care of them. Sheamus reminds Cena that the Nexus only really likes to attack them. Sheamus says that everyone on the stage supports what Nexus has done. Sheamus says that they respectfully decline Cena’s offer. Sheamus tells everyone in the ring that if they have a brain, they would too.

Randy Orton tells Sheamus that him and Cena aren’t friends and probably will never be, unless they have to. Randy asks Sheamus if he remembers what happened at Fatal Four Way. Orton says that if they cannot finish off Nexus, why not take care of the seven of them.

We have more mail and the e-mail is connected to the arena lights. Cole says that if they want action tonight, they will have it. The eight men in the Money in the Bank match will be in action tonight. John Cena will meet Wade Barrett, but it will be for a handshake and to have a truce.

John Cena says that he would rather knock out Wade Barrett’s teeth.

We have a power surge and the General Manager tells John that he needs John to be the bigger man. If Cena does not comply he will be met with appropriate consequences, and that is the bottom line because the GM says so.

John Morrison versus Ted DiBiase with Maryse

Vladimir and Santino are walking in the back and Santino says that they are going to be the greatest tag team as Italy and Russia will be together, just like in World War II, but without the Nazis. Kozlov tells Santino that if they don’t win then he will put his boot in Santino’s face.

With the summit between John Cena and Wade Barrett announced, we see highlights from the attack by the Nexus on John Cena.

William Regal tells the oxygen thieves that they might have gotten the best of him last week, but he is going to use all of his powers to get revenge on them.

Lawler and Cole talk about the Nexus. Lawler says that he learned that blowing out someone’s candle doesn’t make yours burn brighter. Lawler says that the actions of Nexus was an example of something done by a bunch of punks since they said they did it for fun.

We take a look back at what happened last week between the WWE Legends and Nexus.

We see Arn Anderson in the interview area with Josh Mathews. Josh asks Arn for an update on Ricky’s health. Arn says that it was hard to watch. He says that it is bad for Ricky. The doctors say that it is serious. He says that Ricky is 57 years old and he is one of the good guys.

Sheamus comes up behind Arn and Arn tells Josh he might want to leave. Sheamus asks Arn if he is going to cry. Sheamus points out that Arn used to be the Enforcer, but now he is a pathetic old man.

Arn says that he is not blind like Sheamus is. He tells Sheamus that this is a hostile take over and he is the champion. He tells Sheamus that he needs to put the problems with Orton and Cena or the company will implode. He talks about everyone’s weaknesses.

Sheamus says that Nexus is smarter than the Four Horsemen ever were because they know not to get involved in his business.

Arn tells Sheamus that he is comfortable now. He is the champion of a thriving company, but in a few months he might be a great white shark circling a big mud hole.

Sheamus wonders if Arn got kicked a little too hard.

is time for the Cutting Edge starring Edge. He has borrowed some of the furniture from last week’s Peep Show since there are ladders in the ring.

Edge says that he wants a moment of silence for R Truth. He only knew one song but he did it oh so well. Edge wants to address Randy’s comments from earlier. It is true that Nexus attacked him at Fatal Four Way. Edge says that he is smarter than Randy Orton and everyone else here. Why make seven enemies when you can make seven powerful allies. All those guys need is direction. They need someone to steer the ship. He is willing to do that for seven allies who have shown brutality. Edge mentions that he is in the Raw Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Edge points out that the person who had grabbed the briefcase has always become champion. Winning Money in the Bank is equal to winning the WWE Championship. Edge says that he has won twice and neither of his guests have been able to do it. Edge introduces Evan Bourne, but he looks a lot like Chris Jericho tonight. Jericho says that he doesn’t take a back seat to Evan Bourne, the hypocrites, or Edge. Jericho says that he is out here to pander to Nexus so they don’t attack him again. Jericho reminds Edge that he was Wade Barrett’s pro. He is the reason why Barrett won the first season. He was the one who told Barrett to make an impact. Jericho takes credit for all of the chaos that has taken place. Jericho points out that he destroyed Ricky Steamboat last year. Jericho says that he will be the mentor for Nexus. Edge wonders why they would want to listen to a guy who barely beat Evan Bourne last week. Jericho points out that he beat Edge at Wrestlemania.

Edge says that he was too worried about the sheep at Wrestlemania so his mind was clouded. Edge says that the fun begins in two weeks because he owns the Money in the Bank Match. Edge says that he will take care of the champion when he is vulnerable, like after a Steel Cage Match. Jericho tells Edge that he has always idolized him since he started in the WWE. He had long hair, Edge got long hair. Jericho won a title, so Edge won a title. Jericho had a talk show so Edge wanted one. Jericho says that he is the most valuable performer in the company and he cannot be replaced. Jericho says that he will win the Money in the Bank Mach and he tells Edge that he will make sure that Edge never gets a title match.

Edge punches Jericho and then he sets a ladder in the corner and then Jericho with a kick and he puts edge in the Walls of Jericho. Evan Bourne comes out and he hits a springboard double knee. Bourne avoids Jericho and Edge and goes to the floor.

We have a power outage and that means we have e-mail. The General Manager asks the fans if they want some action to say ‘Hell Yeah’. Edge and Chris Jericho will face Evan Bourne and Randy Orton.

Randy Orton is walking in the back and he sees David Otunga, Heath Slater, and Michael Tarver. Otunga says that it isn’t about him. Orton says that it was his opportunity at Fatal Four Way. Tarver says that they were making a statement to the company and they were going to do it at the pay per view. Slater says that they will not interfere in the Money in the Bank Match. Otunga says that they cannot promise that the same thing will happen in the Steel Cage Match. Otunga says that something could happen after the match when the cage raises. He says that it is not a good thing when one of them is in a holy war with the Nexus.

Orton thinks it over and tells them to get out of his face.

Michael Cole mentions a SuperShow tomorrow night in Atlanta, and that is the home of Wrestlemania. A feature of recent Wrestlemanias is the Money in the Bank Match. We have a spot open in the Raw match since R Truth is now out of the match.

We run through the card for Money in the Bank.

Josh Mathews is in the interview area and he says that the General Manager announced another title match. David Hart Smith and Tyson Kidd will defend against Jimmy and Jey Uso.

The challengers join Josh. They say that it is the chance of a lifetime. He bets his brother $1,000 that Josh cannot tell which Uso he is talking to. Tamina tells Josh which one is which. She says that Josh is just like the Hart Dynasty . . . he is ignorant. Jey says that next week they will know what the Usos and Tamina are all about.

Alicia Fox stops by and she says that it has been two weeks since she won the title and she has not been interviewed once. She wonders if it is because nobody cares what she has to say or because the Divas Title is not worth anything. Alicia says that she will answer the question that he is meaning to ask. She says that it was not a fluke that she won the title at the pay per view.

Wade Barrett comes to the ring for the historic handshake summit. Wade tells John Cena that earlier tonight the Raw General Manager wanted them to meet in the ring to shake hands and enter into a truce. Wade says that everything they have done has a purpose but it is unfortunate that John Cena has been in the middle of it. Wade wants Cena to come out.

John Cena comes out and he looks around as he makes his way to the ring for the most important handshake in the history of sports entertainment this week.

Wade tells Cena that they caused him some harm and cost him his WWE Title. He tells Cena that they are not in his future plans. Wade says that he wants to put everything behind them and be able to move on. Wade says that the Nexus Seven will be here for a long time. They can make it easy or a lot harder. He tells Cena that the choice is his.

Cena says that if they shake hands, it all stops. He doesn’t have to look over his shoulder again. Cena says the General Manager wanted this truce, but does Barrett mean it? If they shake hands, it stops.

John offers his hand but pulls it back. Cena says why stop when they are having so much fun. Cena talks about the future and then he tells Barrett to stuff everything up his Nexus. Cena says that he is looking forward to the future when he takes Barrett and the rest of the Nexus down. Cena doesn’t care if he has help, but he will take care of each of them.

Barrett says that what they have done to Cena in the past is nothing compared to what they can do to him in the future. Barrett says that they took care of the former General Manager and the Chairman already. Barrett tells Cena that if he doesn’t shake his hand, he will face some severe consequences.

Barrett puts out his hand and Cena thinks about it. Cena shakes his hand and then he pulls Barrett close and he gets Barrett up for the Attitude Adjustment but the Nexus come to the ring and it is seven on one.

Evan Bourne and John Morrison come out separately and they are stopped. Mark Henry leads a cornucopia of other wrestlers and the Nexus are gone except for Darren Young.

We’ve got mail and Michael Cole puts on his reading glasses.

The General Manager says that he wanted peace but if things don’t stop there will be consequences.

In the ring, John Cena has Darren Young in the STF while the Raw Superstars block the ring.

There is more mail and the General Manager tells John Cena that he will have to face the Nexus next week in a seven on one match.

Young reaches for the ropes and Cena figures it can’t get worse so he punches and kicks Young before connecting with a European uppercut and clothesline. Cena throws Young into the ring post.

Cena takes the ring steps and hits Young in the head with them. Cena picks up Young and sends Darren over the announce table and then pushes it on top of Young.
