The WWE has released ring announcer Savannah. They made the following post on WWE.com:
World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of NXT season one announcer and WWE Diva Savannah as of today, June 23, 2010. WWE wishes Savannah the best in all future endeavors.
PWInsider is reporting that Dixie Carter’s big surprise is something bigger than just Slammiversary. The talk in the company is that TNA is looking to bring people in to improve the creative process, and two of the main names being discussed by TNA are Kevin Sullivan and Paul Heyman.

After a decade represented in television and nearly 25 years on a syndicated over-the-air, the Los Angeles Times reported that World Wrestling Entertainment will move to Friday night SmackDown! Enterprises by Network Syfy in October.
